These terms set out the rules for using the Parkuj.com.pl service, operated byIntegraLab Tomasz Waliński (the "Operator"). Using the service means accepting these rules.
1. What the service is
Parkuj.com.pl is a tool for sharing a limited number of parking spaces within a single team or organisation. It lets a lot Manager describe the available places, and lets users book them for specific days, release their own permanent place while away, and join a waitlist.
The service is not a parking operator. We do not manage the physical site, do not rent out places, do not control entry, and do not settle disputes over a place on the ground. The service only reflects the arrangements agreed within your organisation and keeps a record of them.
So that the service works correctly and as designed, the Operator analyses how it is used: it records business events (steps in using an account, a lot and a membership) in the service's database. These records serve only to maintain and improve the service and are passed to no one other than the providers who host them on the Operator's behalf (section 4 of the Privacy policy). The legal basis and the right to object are set out in section 3 of thePrivacy policy.
2. Who may use it
- the service may be used by adults with full legal capacity,
- registration requires a working email address, which must be confirmed,
- access to a specific lot requires an invitation from its Manager or approval of a join request,
- an account is personal — it must not be shared with anyone else.
3. Roles
- Manager — creates the lot, sets the number and kind of places, approves and removes members, and distributes coins. The Manager is responsible for the configuration matching the arrangements in force in their organisation.
- Holder of a permanent place — has an assigned place and may release it for chosen days, then reclaim it for days nobody has taken yet.
- User of the shared pool — books free places for specific days or joins the waitlist.
4. Coins
Coins are an internal allocation unit used to ration access to shared places. The Manager distributes them among the members of a lot, and booking a day costs one coin.
Coins are not a means of payment or electronic money. They have no monetary value, and cannot be bought, sold, exchanged for money, or moved outside the lot in which they were granted. Their only function is to establish a fair order of access to a limited resource.
Whether a coin is returned when a booking is cancelled depends on the time of cancellation relative to the cut-off time set by the lot Manager, and is shown in the interface at the moment of cancelling.
5. Fees
In its present form the service is free of charge. It accepts no payments and requires no card details. Should a paid tier be introduced, we will give advance notice and using it will be optional.
6. Rules of use
By using the service you undertake not to:
- book places you do not intend to use, in order to block them,
- create multiple accounts to circumvent coin limits or waitlist order,
- attempt to bypass access controls or to obtain data belonging to other lots,
- upload files you have no rights to, or content that is unlawful,
- load the service in a way that threatens its availability (for example, automated bulk traffic).
Good-faith security testing reported to support@parkuj.com.pl is not treated as a breach — theContact page describes the rules.
7. Availability and liability
We make every effort to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee any particular level of availability. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or faults on the part of infrastructure providers.
A booking in the service is not a guarantee of finding a free space on the ground. The record reflects the state entered by the Manager and by users; we have no visibility of the actual situation at the site. The Operator is not liable for loss arising from a place being taken by a third party, from a lot misconfigured by its Manager, or from the service being unavailable — to the extent applicable law permits such a limitation.
Nothing in this clause limits liability for intentionally caused harm, or consumer rights.
8. Termination
- you may leave a lot or delete your account at any time by writing to support@parkuj.com.pl,
- a Manager may remove you from the lot they run; this does not delete your account,
- we may suspend an account in the event of a serious breach of clause 6 — we will notify you by email, with reasons,
- we may discontinue the service, giving at least 30 days' notice.
9. Personal data
The rules for processing data are set out in the Privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
10. Changes to these terms
We will notify account holders of changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means accepting the changes; if you reject them, you may delete your account.
11. Governing law
Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law. These terms do not exclude or limit consumer rights arising from mandatory provisions of law.
