One clear flow

From an unused bay to a useful day.

Shared spaces are available for daily booking. When an assigned-place holder releases a day, that temporary availability can help other coworkers without changing who owns the place.

If capacity is full, the FIFO waitlist preserves the order of demand. Eligible members are allocated automatically when a suitable space becomes available, so existing capacity can serve more people.

Managers can create map overlays and position labelled places on a parking plan. The visual view helps the team understand the layout while keeping shared, available assigned, and held assigned places distinct.
